What do you like best about Impossible Cloud?

I like that Impossible Cloud provides a cost-effective platform for backing up large quantities of data. The customer service is very professional, and having an account manager for my account is beneficial. I appreciate their keenness to troubleshoot issues and provide a bespoke service, which I value. The scalable pricing and ability to store large amounts of data more easily were also key factors in switching to Impossible Cloud. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Impossible Cloud?

Some parts of the UI are a little clunky, and it's not the most user friendly or nontechnical expertise friendly platform. Some features that I would expect to be present such as the ability to share at a folder level are not currently present. Although the service is providing its core functionality very well, I think it could be improved by building on that to allow for some more sharing for files. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
