**What do you like best about Impacto?**

Impacto’s communication is strong. The team has a solid overall strategy and doesn’t focus on just one thing. On top of that, Impacto is transparent throughout the process.

**What do you dislike about Impacto?**

Nothing to dislike. I don't always have time to read all emails but it's great to get regular updates.

**What problems is Impacto solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Impacto set up our Google Ads account, carried out keyword research, and built both Search and Performance Max campaigns. They also handle ad copywriting and ongoing campaign optimisation. Optimised our Google Business Profile and manages our local SEO. The team also creates AI SEO and GEO content, along with schema.
