is a great app, the school that my daughter is going they use this app and they encourage the parents to use this instead of an old one they had and this has been a tremendous evolution, the app its super easy to navigate, it has a friendly environment and its not a heavy app that you will download to your phone and then regret about it, i love this app to see the progress of my daughter. i think this is nothing to do with the app, but i see that when a teacher post something they say its only me who can comment and when i see every parent can actually comment on some photos. i think this is something that the teacher needs to setup before posting, I'm not sure, other than that i have not encounter any other issue or dislike. Illumine support is very responsive and they are always updating their platform and app. The app was the most comprehensive option available at the time when seeking out a suitable app. They were not the cheapest option but due to their willingness to add features we needed, the responsiveness of the team and the many already available features we went ahead with them. They have recently been adding premium options, when signing on with them, it was not communicated to me that there would be added costs for new features. While I understand that it may be fair in some cases to charge extra, this was not part of the original agreement. For the price I am paying, and being an existing customer that is still awaiting features to be configured to work in our setting, I don't agree that we should pay extra for these "premium" features. Some of these are also not entirely new modules but add on features. We have yet to get our Reports to work in the Illumine App configurations as it is not fully customizable.
