**What do you like best about IKOULA?**

I love Ikoula because they helped me get on the right feet after a incident at another hosting company. They got my backups up and running in minutes and the service support helped me using the new UI and admin panel of Ikoula. 10/10 !

**What do you dislike about IKOULA?**

They can be pricy but I believe quality needs money. I've been waiting for some functionalities for a long time and I'm still waiting for them, but with a catalog of this size, I can uderstand it takes time to develop new features.

**What problems is IKOULA solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Ikoula helped me hosting my company's infrastructure and getting my backups up and running in a short time. The best feature of Ikoula is definitely the client support, with 24/7 help ! Insane
