**What do you like best about iHotel PMS?**

Ihotel is a great platform which allow you to better manage. More specifically, I really enjoyed how easy it is to use this software without having any IT background.

**What do you dislike about iHotel PMS?**

I did not like the pricing offered which is actually a little bit higher than its competitors. They should re-adjust that.

**What problems is iHotel PMS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

A better management and more organized department.
