What do you like best about iHasco e-learning?

Every issue was covered with concisely but crystal clear way. The presentation didn't make you bored and the pace of each slide just kept you waiting for the next one. Really enjoyed it! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about iHasco e-learning?

I would like if you could provide more examples from the real life (really liked the video with the copy machine and the computer screen). Real life examples can make you identify situations that you don't even think about it. Also you can identify colleagues with those symptoms and may offer a hand... "I learnt what I needed to know in a short time"
4/5
What do you like best about iHasco e-learning?

It is convenient because you are able to choose a suitable time to complete training. I prefer listening to the videos rather than just reading information off a screen because I learn best by listening. It is good to have both. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about iHasco e-learning?

Some topics are best learnt in a practical setting e.g. lifting and handling, but this topic (First Aid Requirements) is fine as an online module Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about iHasco e-learning?

Short sections, which are easy to digest and remember. Clear summary at end of each. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about iHasco e-learning?

I'm deafened so required subtitles and these were white with grey shadows on a mainly white background - not easy to read at all! And the time limits aren't realistic if you make a few notes, and a way out if you complete the survey at the end. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Amanda Lowndes of iHasco e-learning

Good Morning,

Thank you so much for your feedback after completing our training.

I was really sorry to see you felt the subtitles were not easy to read. I have looked into this myself and have spoken with our development team about this. They have agreed and will be updating the subtitle text colour across our courses in the near future.

Thank you again for bringing this to our attention. If there is anything else I can help with please do feel free to come back to me directly.

Best Regards

"Clear and informative"
4.5/5
What do you like best about iHasco e-learning?

The videos have a nice pace and the supporting graphics highlight imported areas. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about iHasco e-learning?

The individual videos are very short and requires a lot of mouse clicks to get through.

The Dutch translation has most definitely been processed by a computer, as a native Dutch speaker I struggled to answer some of the questions and I saw numerous mistakes in the guiding texts. In my view this needs some attention. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Amanda Lowndes of iHasco e-learning

Good Afternoon Vinnie,

Firstly thank you for your review after completing our training.

I was sorry to see that you had problems with our Dutch language translations.

You are correct in your observation that the course content is machine translated; this is provided for assistive purposes only but we are able to refine the phrasing.

Please feel free to contact me directly (amanda@ihasco.co.uk) and we’d be more than happy to work with you to correct the mistakes you have spotted.

Many Thanks

Amanda Lowndes
