**What do you like best about Igi AI?**

I love how easy it is to utilize Igi AI. It's very intuitive and user-friendly, which means anyone can use it without needing hours of training. One of the features I value the most is the ability to create objection handling and pitches for my sales calls. It's a great tool that really helps me automate the training process and lets me train before going into live calls. Igi AI provides features like objection handling and elevator pitch, which give me constructive feedback and help me feel less nervous. I feel much more confident training with it and don't have to wait for specific times to train with managers or peers. The ease of creating the initial setup is also a major plus.

**What do you dislike about Igi AI?**

I think there's little to be improved. I will say that maybe add a couple of additional features taking in consideration that the competitors such as Gong, Inquiries, are also launching their, like, training with AI tools. So adding a little bit more of value to be able to justify the difference from Cruise or, Kong that are already utilized in the field.

**What problems is Igi AI solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Igi AI to automate sales training, letting me practice objection handling and elevator pitches. It boosts my confidence, reduces nervousness, and provides constructive feedback. I can train anytime without waiting for managers or peers.

**What do you like best about Igi AI?**

I tested Igi AI as part of a sales platform evaluation and came away genuinely impressed. The AI roleplay calls feel surprisingly realistic—it pushes back the way a real prospect would, asking tough questions about pricing, ROI, and integrations that you actually run into on live sales calls.

The UI is clean and intuitive. I was set up and running my first practice call within minutes, with no technical knowledge needed.

What stood out most to me was the quality of the feedback. It scores you on problem statement, differentiation, delivery, and call to action, and it gives actionable insights rather than generic tips.

For anyone in B2B sales, this feels like the kind of tool that bridges the gap between knowing your product and selling it with confidence. There’s real potential here to help sales teams ramp faster and close more deals. I’d highly recommend giving it a try.

It uses voice AI, and voice AI still has some problems and is still in development.

**What do you like best about Igi AI?**

The best thing about Igi is that it gives all of my sellers a safe playground where they can continuously hone their skills. I can tailor potential questions and objections to match the specific scenarios my sellers are likely to run into.

After every session, sellers can rate themselves on what went well and what didn’t. Then Igi provides objective feedback along with a curated path that helps them understand what to focus on next so they can keep improving their conversations.

**What do you dislike about Igi AI?**

They don't specifically mention what models they are using in their tool on the website.

**What problems is Igi AI solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The biggest business problem it solves is reducing the ramp-up time sellers need to get up to speed. More importantly, it helps prevent deal slippage that can happen when sellers aren’t prepared to handle objections. In addition, the tool provides a psychologically safe place for sellers, where they can consistently get objective feedback.

The onboarding for Igi is quick and painless. The training sessions are smooth and there is instant feedback on what went well and how to improve. The best part about the feedback is that it is thorough enough to point out specific problematic phrases you used and suggest better alternatives. I found the quick-fire objection training and cold calling sessions especially helpful.

**What do you dislike about Igi AI?**

The better your input data, the better results you will get. If your sales pipeline is new and you don't yet have a detailed pitch and sales deck, the quiz functionality is not quite as useful.

Igi AI helps me to learn the relevant sales content in an intuitive way and it provides great guidance on how to improve.

iSales.ai makes it surprisingly easy to turn everyday chats into real sales. The setup is simple, the AI handles conversations naturally, and it does a great job qualifying leads and booking meetings without adding extra work to the team. It’s a solid tool for staying responsive 24/7 while improving conversion rates.

iSales.ai is a strong tool for automating conversations and capturing leads, but there’s still room to grow. I would say the flash cards are repetitive (for the ones already in the system) and i would love to have igi to already customised IRL flashcards base on the products i have rather generic questions

It helped to be more confident when speaking about a product I love without using filler words. It also helps my communication skills in face to face situations and be able to read the room (instead of saying the same script to everyone there)

Igi AI helps me address the objections of the prospects properly and answer all of their questions easily. I like that you can practice against AI-trained prospects based on your scenarios. It's really helpful for practicing cold calls multiple times before going into live calls, allowing me to encounter objections using AI and practice how to overcome them before they even happen. It's very easy to set up and very user-friendly.

I believe the emails should be more personalized so that we can get more replies from the prospects.

Igi is great at speeding up onboarding of new SDRs. Being able to practice objection handling is ideal too and something I haven't seen elsewhere.

Only 5 minutes of voice practice on the trial.

Helps refine positioning around objections, so it's great for the sales team to get practice at pitching and knowing what to say when common and even uncommon objections come up.
