I love how easy it is to utilize Igi AI. It's very intuitive and user-friendly, which means anyone can use it without needing hours of training. One of the features I value the most is the ability to create objection handling and pitches for my sales calls. It's a great tool that really helps me automate the training process and lets me train before going into live calls. Igi AI provides features like objection handling and elevator pitch, which give me constructive feedback and help me feel less nervous. I feel much more confident training with it and don't have to wait for specific times to train with managers or peers. The ease of creating the initial setup is also a major plus. I think there's little to be improved. I will say that maybe add a couple of additional features taking in consideration that the competitors such as Gong, Inquiries, are also launching their, like, training with AI tools.
