**What do you like best about iFIT?**

It is flexible and can be used at home, school and on the go. The library  has with and without equipment. iFit  helps you to monitor all aspect of your fitness

**What do you dislike about iFIT?**

The least helpful was the hiking as it just need more scenary for beginners and the classes need more diversity.

**What problems is iFIT solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Heath and Wellness in the workplace, home and school to reduce metabolic diseases that reduce lifespan.
