My experience of using iEngage.ai **Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars **Reviewed by:** K J. | SRE, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.) **Reviewed Date:** May 23, 2024 **What do you like best about iEngage.ai?** This is kind of first and very unique product which I have used, first of all really impressed by its business idea secondly talking about its feature it had helped us in improving the customer experience by providing the knowledge graph and gives direct insights for my business needs. **What do you dislike about iEngage.ai?** I myself discovered this from G2 website reviews, but I expect its product is unique so team should put efforts in marketing , otherwise in uses till now no downsides for me. But one thing which concerns me is that its I do not have any solid or trustworthy proof that my data is safe with using this tool, I think that should be one thing which should be majorly focused. **What problems is iEngage.ai solving and how is that benefiting you?** As told before the best problem it has solved for us is by giving those knowledge graphs to us, means if a tech gives you best out of your chats and emails that reduces your work in many ways, some are not even explanatory they are just felt while we work in the org, but on a personal note if I think as customer than my experience has increased a lot. ### 2.
