**What do you like best about IDMWorks?**

I love the fact that it is so fast no lagging whatsoever. The fact that you can run many products at once.

**What do you dislike about IDMWorks?**

I really didn’t dislike anything. I would recommend it along with Microsoft azure hands down.

**What problems is IDMWorks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Just overall office things. The benefits is the versatility of the program and how easy it is to navigate.
