## About Identum
Your IAM works today. Nobody's quite sure how, or for how long. Usually one person understands the scripts holding it together. **What do you like best about Identum?**

I like Identum for its simplicity and stability. It automatically gives our users the correct access based on rules, which makes management easier. We also had good help from Identum to create a baseline, and we can easily do our own tweaks as we want.

**What do you dislike about Identum?**

The GUI could be a little more modern.

**What problems is Identum solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Identum manages our users, onboarding, licenses, and access groups smoothly. Its simplicity and stability let it automatically assign user access based on rules, while enabling easy API integration for multiple systems.
