What do you dislike about iDenfy?

They offer a wide range of features related to KYB, and while the pricing may initially seem high, it is undoubtedly worth the investment. We have worked with multiple suppliers in the past, but none have matched the seamless experience provided by iDenfy Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is iDenfy solving and how is that benefiting you?

Before implementing iDenfy, we conducted liveness checks by scheduling calls with clients, during which they would present their passports, and we would ask a few verification questions. This scheduling and interview process typically took 20-30 minutes per client. After adopting iDenfy's biometric authentication, the process now takes only 2-3 minutes. I like how it's not complex like other verification platforms so our customers can easily complete their process without any problems.
