Ease of use. Customer support. Ease of integration. Idenfy's product has taken the anxiety out of the online signing process for real estate transactions. As an online notary, I was having many issues with the traditional KBA system my industry has used to verify someone's ID. If my client could not remember data that could be as much as 30 years old! They could not pass ID therefore not able to complete their transaction. Knowledge Based Authentication also is not client friendly to those who do not have a credit profile in the United States. This aspect of my business was on the verge of failure until I met with Tautvydas Krasauskas and his team. Their online ease of use and vast ID profile database has allowed me to become one of my area's most sought after Electronic Real Estate closers. It also has made it possible for me to compete with the large online closing services that do not provide the level of personal service I provide.
