Once the platform was configured, it became one of those tools that simply works in the background. Most verifications move through smoothly, and reviewing exceptions takes very little time. It has been dependable from the beginning. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I would appreciate more visual analytics to track long-term verification trends; additionally, some report layouts could be modernized. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

iDenfy handles high-risk verification scenarios well. It brings AML screening, PEP checks, and adverse media filtering together in one place, which makes the process easier to manage. The real-time alerts help us respond quickly when potential issues come up. The API is also flexible enough to support custom workflows without getting in the way. Some features feel geared more toward experienced compliance teams, which can make the product a bit harder to navigate at first. I’d like to see the training materials expanded, with more guidance to help newer users get up to speed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The software focuses on making verification straightforward instead of adding unnecessary complexity. Reviewing requests takes very little time, and unusual cases are clearly separated from routine approvals. That organization has been valuable for our team. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I need more executive reporting for the monthly reviews. Additional dashboard personalization would also improve usability. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I find iDenfy very easy to use and appreciate the high security, as only live recordings can be made. This ensures that it is indeed the person who is to be verified. I particularly like the options to increase or decrease security at any time, which provides me with additional security. I also find the function to add proof of address very useful, as it allows me to ensure that the person still lives at the specified address. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

So far, I think the expiration period of one year for already paid verifications is not okay and should be abolished. Maybe lower the prices. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

iDenfy stands out for its user-friendly interface, making the identity verification process smooth and accessible. It delivers fast and accurate results through a combination of AI and human checks, ensuring both speed and reliability. The platform supports a wide range of global ID documents and meets strict compliance standards like GDPR and AML. Its seamless integration options also make it easy to adopt across various business environments. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

One of the main drawbacks of iDenfy is that its pricing may be less accessible for smaller businesses with limited budgets. In certain edge cases, such as poor lighting or damaged documents, the system can produce false negatives. While integration is flexible, customisation of the user-facing interface may be somewhat limited. Additionally, its performance depends heavily on a stable internet connection, especially during live verifications. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I would like all of their plans to cover data storage for at least 5 years, as this is the minimum that regulators typically require. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

iDenfy’s KYC and ID verification process is impressively efficient. The AI quickly reviews documents and performs facial recognition within seconds, which significantly cuts down on the need for manual checks. I also value the ability to customize compliance rules for various regions, as this helps ensure complete alignment with local regulations. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Some ID types from less common regions may require more time to verify, and at times, the instructions for retrying can be unclear for end-users. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The global ID support also allows users from various regions to complete the process without the need for constant manual intervention. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The verification process can be quite slow, especially when the image quality is poor, and it often ends up needing manual review. Additionally, we found that the options for end user customization are more limited than we had anticipated. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
