**What do you like best about Ideal Postcodes?**

We installed their postcode finder extension with a few teething issues, but their top man John helped me fix the issues we were facing and we're working like a charm! John went to a great length to help me install the extension and get it working, it took a while (due to issues on our behalf) but the end product is fantastic and the support is astonishing.

**What do you dislike about Ideal Postcodes?**

Nothing to say that I didn't like, it has been a perfect experience from start to finish.

**What problems is Ideal Postcodes solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The extension was not formatted to our checkout, but Ideal Postcode upgraded its platform for it to be used on our site. Great communication on their behalf.

**What do you like best about Ideal Postcodes?**

The technical docs are really good, but the support when you need it is live and fast. On several occasions we have had issues and to get live chat support and solutions quickly is great. The admin dashboard is easy to use too.

**What do you dislike about Ideal Postcodes?**

Nothing, it really is the best PC lookup service i have used.

**Recommendations to others considering Ideal Postcodes:**

Support is often overlooked, my experience when needing help has been really positive. To me, i value this more than anything and it's not like I am a novice developer, I have 25 years JS experience, but sometimes its not code that is the issue, it is the little things where their experience withi others users, just meanas they provide solutions you may not have considered.

**What problems is Ideal Postcodes solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Speed of checkout, customers expect an address lookup these days, but we wanted something simple and light weight that was easy to customize. This solution integrated into our existing site very easily.
