Having to set up identifiers when providing the software for third parties is something we run into often. Doing this in the portal is easy enough, but it’s still tedious. It can be done through a CSV, which is nice, but I think an API link would work well too. For example, if we made a request with an identifier that doesn’t exist, we could get a response that lets us follow up with the identifier and the required details. That would make it easier to automate identifier setup when we onboard a new client. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Hi, thank you for your review - we're so pleased that you found our pricing fair and that our team have been responsive and supportive; this is exactly how we aim to work with our customers. We understand that the requirement to provide identifier information for third-party users is not the most convenient part of the setup. As this information is required under the Royal Mail data licence, we do need to ensure we keep accurate records, but we are always looking at ways to improve our services and hope that the option of providing details in bulk helps reduce the admin involved in the meantime.
