It makes organizing and retrieving emails seamless and simple. In seconds I can direct and assign messages where I need them to be saved and it happens real-time in the course of receiving and sending email. I use it extensively throughout my day. One corollary use I've found is by looking at the Status log or Dashboard, I can see where I've spent my efforts by virtue of seeing what email I have processed. If there was a "how likely to use" scale button beyond 10, I'd click it. The initial integration was slightly confusing but once we understood the features the rest of the set up was easy. We are a small office and we all use Mail Manager on a daily basis. It still requires humans to make the right choices and actually file emails, and file them correctly. The upload feature works very well but the ability to browse emails stored in SharePoint from within Outlook is not well implemented, rather than allowing you to browse using Outlook natively, it simply opens OnePlace within the Outlook window which reduces usability. Not a deal breaker by anymeans but could be a killer feature for us if implementation were better. We also at times experience a bug where the OnePlaceMail add-in stops working.
