In seconds I can direct and assign messages where I need them to be saved and it happens real-time in the course of receiving and sending email. I use it extensively throughout my day. One corollary use I've found is by looking at the Status log or Dashboard, I can see where I've spent my efforts by virtue of seeing what email I have processed. One of the main things I like best about Mail Manager is how it helps to run our workflow smoothly. It is easy to set up and just works away in the background with little input needed from ourselves. The initial integration was slightly confusing but once we understood the features the rest of the set up was easy. We are a small office and we all use Mail Manager on a daily basis. We have not yet been able to jump to the new Outlook, and it seems like Microsoft is not making this easy, so not Ideagen's fault there. We are using the Sharepoint OnePlace Mail and it has streamlined all our emails into a repo according to job number which works are treat for collaborating between teams and accessing emails from clients. Even in the short time we've been using it, our team has already found it valuable. While fully automated AI solutions can be useful, they aren't always the best fit. It solves a huge problem that we have, and didn't know the product existed for years. I've not seen anything like it since either, so it's a unique solution. We use it every day. It would be nice to have the ability to create new spaces within Sharepoint directly via Outlook, rather than having to add it separately. We have a lot of historic project information stored on emails, and sometimes people will leave the company and we risk losing that information. There are a number of things which I find the best in this software these include but are not limited to: - Storage of emails in a single location, across all of our employee mail boxes. - Ease of search functionality, upon filing, far better than the general Outlook 365 functionality. - The set up too was incredible, a adviser sat with all the team and we ran through the installation and how it will integrate with outlook in one 1 hr call.
