Some usability features. Colors are sometimes hard to see. Requests are not sortable in the ways you would think. If you want a specific order for requests, you have to enter them in a specific fashion. If you do not use Huddle frequently it can be hard to navigate. It has been a privilege to have Huddle and to stay out of complex processes with applications that affected us in the time factor, resorting to training. We have found a tool that gives us the confidence to share, create, modify and manage each of our tasks and with a first class support. I have experienced that sometimes some documents usually delay to share them with some contributors of the project, however, these culminate to load, another factor that would improve Huddle would be the interface, but has responded well to each of our adaptations.
