Downloading multiple files and folders all at once for all tiers of subscription would be very helpful. The settings, navigation, and buttons could be simplified as well. Secure file storage, sharing, and collaboration for sensitive documents with minimal security or downtime concerns throughout our use since 2013 Straightforward activity logs and version control with the option to request detailed activity audits for further analysis Team-based (as opposed to individual) folder permissions make it easy to set which folders can be accessed or edited An excellent Help Desk team that replies to and resolves issues in a timely manner. The discussion forum feature was a component that we used extensively; however, it was discontinued a couple of years ago. Some features can be replicated with Huddles notes and comments but in a much less user-friendly manner. While excellent as a tool for commenting / collaborating around a single document it is lacking features to efficiently discuss / collaborate around a topic / group of documents. There is a lack of integration with other platforms or products outside of Microsoft O365, which holds it back somewhat. You can effectively share and collaborate with regular files (Word Docs, PDFs, Excel, etc.) but there aren’t options to embed dynamic content / websites within the platform (e.g. a BI dashboard or other services).
