**What do you like best about ID Plus?**

It works on both Android and iPhone, and I find it very user-friendly. Previously, I relied on hard tokens, but switching to the RSA soft token has been much more convenient.

**What do you dislike about ID Plus?**

The setup process is a bit complicated, as I needed to download the RSA and share my ID with the admins so they could reactivate it if I ever change my phone.

**What problems is ID Plus solving and how is that benefiting you?**

ID Plus has made my work much easier by addressing several major challenges. To begin with, I no longer need to remember numerous passwords, as it provides a single, secure login method. Additionally, it protects our data through robust security measures, which reassures me about the safety of our information. It also saves valuable time since I no longer experience delays caused by access problems or password resets. All in all, ID Plus enables me to work more efficiently and remain compliant, all without requiring extra effort on my part.

**What do you like best about ID Plus?**

1. Availability of ID plus in environments like hybrid, cloud etc.
2. Security of data even in cloud.
3. Mobile lock feature (enhanced security).
4. Support from the team is commendible.

**What do you dislike about ID Plus?**

In terms of usage, I did not encounter any such challenge or issue(s) while using ID plus.
Broadly, I can say that performance on cloud could have been better as sometimes a glitch has been noticed (negligible).

**What problems is ID Plus solving and how is that benefiting you?**

In my experience, ID plus has solved the challenges related to identity majorly.
In comparison to secure ID, ID plus is a cloud based solution and so it is more appealing to businesses or organizations which are looking for cloud based solutions.
