"Seamless Transition to User-Friendly RSA Soft Token"
What do you like best about ID Plus?

It works on both Android and iPhone, and I find it very user-friendly. Previously, I relied on hard tokens, but switching to the RSA soft token has been much more convenient. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ID Plus?

The setup process is a bit complicated, as I needed to download the RSA and share my ID with the admins so they could reactivate it if I ever change my phone. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about ID Plus?

1. Availability of ID plus in environments like hybrid, cloud etc.

2. Security of data even in cloud.

3. Mobile lock feature (enhanced security).

4. Support from the team is commendible. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ID Plus?

In terms of usage, I did not encounter any such challenge or issue(s) while using ID plus.

Broadly, I can say that performance on cloud could have been better as sometimes a glitch has been noticed (negligible). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
