**What do you like best about ICTCRM?**

The unique thing I like about ICTCRM is the integration of this platform with internal as well as external resources, which usually provides ease for many managers to monitor or maintain the pipeline or opportunity. This intergration also helps the employees for engagement of multiple resources on an activity.

**What do you dislike about ICTCRM?**

The interface of ICTCRM or the platform usually requires technical skills to operate on and if someone who is new to crm requires technical training to manage the activities or CRM management. Since this tool is for all market segments, so it could be costly for SMBs in terms of implementation, deployment and migration.

**What problems is ICTCRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The unique thing which comes along with this tool is, the ease of integration of multiple resources on a single opportunity which gives us an edge to consult or proactively work in a more effective way.
