**What do you like best about iconpractice?**

It’s functionality for managing our clients accounts as well as placing accurate notes/reminders

**What do you dislike about iconpractice?**

The pitfall with the software is the lack of appointment setting. We were seeking an all-in-one system since having multiple programs was not within our plansz

**What problems is iconpractice solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As a small practice we were using Excel. The affordability of this software allowed us to train our staff with a system that gave them the benefit of being more productive

**What do you like best about iconpractice?**

The ease with which appointments can be organized is amazing, adding patients and identifying if they are followed or is the first time is really useful, the list of pending is fabulous to have on hand appointments to attend.  The dynamic design to change the view by day or week is extremely useful when you want to be more specific with the time to be scheduled

**What do you dislike about iconpractice?**

It is a bit complicated and confusing not to see any marking or indication on the day you have an appointment or a patient to see, it would be more practical to have an indicator to know that so many appointments or meetings are held on a certain day, the search engine It is somewhat confusing because even when you aprt the data tends not to find matches.

**What problems is iconpractice solving and how is that benefiting you?**

in the work takes a more organized forms appointments, and being online do not depend on a specific team to consult it, it is great to simply enter with your user and be able to keep your diary at hand at any time and place
