Especially if one wants to learn further about AI and software related skills, iCertGlobal has so many courses available. They also have some project management courses, which also helped me throughout to get more certifications under my name. They have instructor led classes, E learning options and online exam simulators available to use to practice and develop your skills. The skills I have developed through their courses are implemented throughout my daily work now! They are so easy to implement and very easily accessible. Their customer support is also available at any time, whenever I face a problem, they are able to help me out. **What do you dislike about iCert Global?** So many coursess available that it can be a bit confusing and challenging at times. **What problems is iCert Global solving and how is that benefiting you?** It solves the challenge of employees being undertrained and not having the right skills. It has benefited me personally by allowing me to learn these skills at alm ost no expense, compared to spending thousands of dollars outside at an insititute to learn these courses. ### 2. The prices with the company are reasonable and there is an option of online learning, which means I can do my work at my own convenience. **What do you dislike about iCert Global?** The sources supplied have also not been of good quality. I have come across situations when the content of the course looks rather irrelevant or, vice versa, it is not very detailed in some sections. **What problems is iCert Global solving and how is that benefiting you?** iCert Global provides an opportunity to gain new knowledge and skills or get project management certificates through an online platform. The structure of the course enables the integration of my work schedule to my learning schedule. ### 3.
