**What do you like best about IBM WebSphere Automation?**

The ease with which it integrates with the WebSphere environment and the real-time picture of how protected the environment is.
There are no other products that provide this information from security point of view.

**What do you dislike about IBM WebSphere Automation?**

The product is still starting with the integration of other products (Instana) so we have to wait to see new features. Adding ISA support utilities would be very useful.

**What problems is IBM WebSphere Automation solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Having a report and notifications of possible vulnerabilities allows involved teams (development, systems, security, business) for more optimal planning of product updates.

Potential for automating patches and fixes.

It would be great to have traditional deployment support too.

Detecting vulnerabilities in all our WebSphere environments
Ability to plan fix and patch window to remediate to vulnerabilities
Have a complete inventory of our WebSphere Installations and versions.
