What do you like best about IBM Process Mining?

I like many features which is best fit for my business process . it show whole process at one place like for my HR industry job creation to hiring is a complete process can be viewed at one place and with animation i can visualise whole process. then mapping data . Data visulaisation at each point through graphs and stats made this ibm process mining a best tool to use for my business.Now i can see which resource is taking more time and which is consuming less time. I did'nt dislike anything at all but i think i want to see some improvement in tutorial, it is easy to use but there must be some more tuttioal , i was stuck at some point but after self learning i figured out a solution. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
