I find UiPath Process Mining incredibly helpful in identifying improvements, especially when a particular step is taking too much time. It assists us in deciding whether we need to go back from that step or if more human resources are needed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Currently it is helpful, but it doesn't work well with raw unorganized data that processes are initially made of. It has to be done additionally than UiPath itself doing it.
