But thanks to its P2P and O2C process which has made easy for us to separately analyze the purchasing, ordering, invoicing and payment. It is providing us clear visibility on the real end-to-end P2P process. It is side by side helping us by predicting the cause which we could face in near future thus giving us alert about taking necessary actions. **What do you dislike about IBM Process Mining?** It is difficult to use and complex to understand, free trail is a good opportunity to understand it but strong technical knowledge is required. Prices are bit high though they claim that it is a cost effective solution. **Recommendations to others considering IBM Process Mining:** A very productive tool for large business set ups. But I cannot comment about small industries and organization, it can benefit them but it will be a costly solution. **What problems is IBM Process Mining solving and how is that benefiting you?** I am a new customer to this software so I will discuss my experience with it.
