What do you like best about IBM Process Mining?

The best feature in IMB process mining is the real time process for bussiness insight so it's really easy of implemetation. Because of that it will lead significant cost savings. IMB Process Mining can help my customer to reduce wait times. I also like automatically process from this software. What do you dislike about IBM Process Mining?

for the first downside of this application for sure is cost/fee. So many small businesses cannot afford of this additional fee. And also for the not-experienced user to use this application is very complicated.
