Honestly working in IBM Doors is a pain, most co-workers and I just use it because we have to as it somehow has become an industry standard despite it's flaws. I use IBM Doors to manage software and hardware requirements for large and medium automotive projects. It is beneficial for multidisciplinary teams to be able to view all requirements in a single repository and acces then through a web interface in the case of DOORS NG, however, the clunky interface and continuous crashed do not make that an enjoyable experience.
