Hyphenate has embedded AI across Mini Melts USA’s operations, and the impact has been immediate and measurable. Order processing, sales triage, operator invoicing, and refunds now run end to end in SAP, which has removed a substantial amount of manual effort from our team and allowed them to focus on higher-value work.
Beyond efficiency, the built-in validation has strengthened our controls. Errors are caught at the point of entry rather than downstream, and the system has surfaced unbilled invoices that would otherwise have gone unnoticed. That has a direct effect on both data integrity and revenue capture.
