The amount of “bugs” is burdensome. Both the software and hardware could be improved; it’s clear money is being saved by going with cheaper, less reliable products. The AI support is far from helpful or streamlined from a restaurant owner’s point of view. Support is inconsistent: either you get someone who knows a lot and is genuinely helpful, or you get a newer team member who just opens a chat with higher-level support and acts as the middle person.
