**What do you like best about CompetencyCore?**

It helps you not only figure out what competencies are important, but it gives you a specific interview guide and job description. All are customizable too.

**What do you dislike about CompetencyCore?**

It could be a little more user friendly. Sometimes I have to dig around to figure out where I'm going. Not horrible but maybe a future update to make it easier/faster to use.

**What problems is CompetencyCore solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is making it easier for our small organization to create great job descriptions and focuses for each role.

**What do you like best about CompetencyCore?**

The ability to build job roles in the tool 
user friendly

**What do you dislike about CompetencyCore?**

I am unable to see the assessments for my team on the tool - they need to share them with me 
It would be great if it could be made more personable - such as adding profile pictures, showing hierarchy

**What problems is CompetencyCore solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Giving managers the ability to set goals, measure performance and reward employees better 
gives employees visibility on their career development and other opportunities within the business.

I enjoyed having different learning styles and being able to go back and watch the necessary parts to make the competencies fit our business needs.

**What do you like best about CompetencyCore?**

I really like the fact that you can find the jobs quickly, see if there is a interview guide associated with that job and review the competencies selected.  The versioning tools is great too.  I was in a situation where I had to recreate all the jobs again as our direction with the company changed.  It was easy to select the job and clone it and make a change without losing all the information we already had.  This way looking back all the information is still available.  The support team that CompencyCore provides is top notch and are always there to help you maneuver the system.  Speaking of systems, this one is really easy to learn very quickly which is a blessing when you have to learn multiple systems.  It's really nice to work with a system that's intuitive and doesn't require you to google a solution.

**What do you dislike about CompetencyCore?**

The only thing I dislike about the system is the reporting.  However over the years I've seen great effort to make improvements here.  One thing I want to note is that if the system doesn't provide the report you require to upload to another system.  Again the support team will save the day.

**Recommendations to others considering CompetencyCore:**

If you are considering CompetencyCore make sure you see the demo and if you can try the system first in a sandbox environment.  You will master the system very quickly.

**What problems is CompetencyCore solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use this system to house all our jobs and competencies for each position within our company.  We use the behavioral interview guides to select the top candidates. The benefit to this system is everything you need when sourcing your positions is all in one place.  The job descriptions area is an area we do not utilize at this time but serves as a nice library if you are looking to enhance you current job descriptions.

The competency framework is exceptional.

**What do you dislike about CompetencyCore?**

No downsides. Manuals frequently updated

**Recommendations to others considering CompetencyCore:**

CompetencyCore's team has provided excellent training and support through the implementation process. I love that they are developing more tools and tutorials, and expanding features frequently.

**What problems is CompetencyCore solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have had a late start due to strategic changes, but it is great for compiling your current job description library into something searchable to your current team as they look for career pathways within the organization. We love that our team members can interact with it directly and be self-empowered to know what skills need developing and what learning and on-the-job activities will get them there.

**What do you like best about CompetencyCore?**

The software is easy to use and covers all aspects of a Competency framework, wide library of competencies and you get modify as you need to. Great customer service experience and training.

**What do you dislike about CompetencyCore?**

I am pleased with everything so far. I have been exposed to HRSG for about 8 years and the quality and service has gotten better with time, great innovations.

**Recommendations to others considering CompetencyCore:**

Try the demo, you will be blown away at what it can do!

**What problems is CompetencyCore solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Competency Management is core to Human Resources especially as it goes hand in hand with effective talent management (recruitment, performance management, competency assessment, succession planning, training and development)
