I really like the fact that you can find the jobs quickly, see if there is a interview guide associated with that job and review the competencies selected. The versioning tools is great too. I was in a situation where I had to recreate all the jobs again as our direction with the company changed. It was easy to select the job and clone it and make a change without losing all the information we already had. This way looking back all the information is still available. The support team that CompencyCore provides is top notch and are always there to help you maneuver the system. Speaking of systems, this one is really easy to learn very quickly which is a blessing when you have to learn multiple systems. It's really nice to work with a system that's intuitive and doesn't require you to google a solution. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The only thing I dislike about the system is the reporting. However over the years I've seen great effort to make improvements here.
