Huggg Reviews & Product Details

Huggg is a corporate gifting platform that lets businesses send employee gifts, client gifts, and team recognition in minutes, with no address chasing, no faff, and no gifts that end up ignored. The concept is simple: senders set a budget, recipients choose what they actually want. Huggg gives each recipient a choice from over 200 brands - covering physical gifts, gift cards, and experiences - with no prices visible on their end and no login required to claim. The gesture lands intact. The admin doesn't exist. Who uses it? People and HR teams use Huggg to run employee recognition programmes at scale. Spot recognition, milestone gifting, manager-led appreciation, and company-wide moments, all from one platform. Budget controls, manager gifting allowances, reason codes, and P11D-ready reporting mean HR stays in control without becoming the bottleneck for every "thanks" across the business. Commercial and marketing teams use Huggg for client gifting, sales rewards, survey incentives, and campaign incentives. Gifts go out by email, SMS, or shareable link, so the workflow fits into what sales and marketing teams are already doing — no extra logistics, no address-chasing, no new vendor to onboard. Office managers and operations teams use Huggg for seasonal sends and one-off company moments, without juggling suppliers or building another spreadsheet. The business case? Over £300 million has been sent through Huggg. More than 2,000 UK businesses use the platform. Someone gifts through Huggg every 15 seconds. Those numbers exist to confirm that the model works at scale, for companies of every size. On the recognition side, Huggg data shows a fourfold increase in recognition frequency where the platform is adopted, and 72% of recipients report feeling more appreciated. The platform produces VAT receipts and P11D-compatible reports as standard, so finance has what it needs without a custom data pull. The platform is free to use, with no minimum order. Businesses can send anything from one gift to ten thousand in a single flow. Why is it different? Most business gifting platforms make the sender do all the work and the recipient accept the result. Huggg flips that. Recipients choose their own gift from a curated and inclusive range - dietary needs, cultural preferences, sustainable options, women-owned brands - which means claim rates stay high and the "gift that sat in a drawer" problem never happens. There are no recipient logins, no app downloads, and no address fields on either side. The experience of receiving a Huggg is as smooth as the experience of sending one. That matters more than it sounds: the most common thing HR teams tell us is "nobody used the last platform we paid for." Address-free, choice-led, link-delivered gifting fixes the adoption problem that killed the previous tool. In short Huggg is corporate gifting built for teams who want the impact without the admin. Fast to set up, easy to send at scale, and designed so recipients actually want to claim. Learn more at https://huggg.me
