Hudu has been an essential tool for Hemisphere, streamlining our operations with centralized documentation, customizable workflows, and seamless integrations. While the initial setup requires effort, the long-term benefits in efficiency and organization make Hudu an invaluable asset for any IT service provider. Highly recommended!

Currently, our struggle with Hudu is the processes and their heierarchy. As child processes don't update when the global / parent updates, then we have to manually update each child process, which is very tedious. An option to have an "additional" steps option to parent processes when in a company scope to reduce the need for rework would be greatly appreciated!

Currently, Hudu is solving the issue of "Tribal Knowledge". We all have that one individual who holds all the keys - and we're actively trying to free up their mind for more complex tasks! Hudu helps condense this information and make it easily accessiable to the rest of our techs.

Being able to store all of our information and it be readily available is spectacular. Previously, we were looking at different notepad documents or wondering who had the 2FA code for a specific login. It's easy now to open Hudu and find information each day. Seemless intergration with our assets is great.

The only thing I'm not a fan of regarding Hudu is the app. It's a tad clunky.

Making sure we have the most up-to-date information for various logins and things we need to operate each day.

Hudu is very easy to use and set up. It has all of the basic features you would want in a documentation system, good integration with other tools we use, and a very easy to use API, where we can develop our own integrations or automated documentation. We live in Hudu for our information, using it every day. Customer support has been very good - quick resonse and very helpful.

Searching for things can sometimes be challenging, but it doesn't impede our ability to quickly and effectively find information that we need.

Having a central place for How To documents, processes, and passwords.

Easy to use, light wieght to run in the datacenter.

There needs to be a version that can run in IIS.

Able to store client passwords and info in once place.

We use it for everything doc wise. Even work logs. It is super flexible. We even use it for CMMC and HIPAA clients assessments, evicence, policies, etc. 10/10

I wish the IP fields on an asset would populate the IP in the network asset.

Documenting all the things. When someone asks a question in the business, we just direct them to our Hudu. If it's not in there, we make it.

Some of the things that we liked best regarding Hudu is the ease of use, very customizable, easy to setup and fast loading times. Software support of the product seems great as well as overall development.

One of the FEW things that we wish was supported was the ability to import multiple ducument format types into a knowledge base article and/or create knowledge base articles from existing materials of various document format types such as docx, xlxs etc.

Hudu is has begun the processing solving years of stuggles not only documentation, kb creation and p/w centralization. Also, it also solves the issue of having a decent mobile app for our onsite network engineers.

In my opinion being a self hosted and managed solution provides additional security benefits to the mass SaaS product. The range of features and the value for money is excellent.

It was easy to install and easy to use and we use it on a daily basis.

The support and development is great and they are always good to deal with.

There nothing about Hudu that I dislike at the moment.

Hudu is a great all-in-one documentation portal for MSPs. They are constantly releasing new updates and integrations. The tool is simple yet intuitive. Integrations are straight forward and have thorough documentation.

I wish Hudu had more implementation support. Learning this new tool, along with all of its functionality and integrations is a daunting task. They only provide youtube videos and a fairly decent knowledge base but a "white glove" onboarding, even for an additional fee would be great.

It provides us with a one-stop-shop where all of our different tools land and report to. Its an easy and intuitive interface which encourages usage.

When it comes to password storage the most important thing is uptime, I have had hudu for a year and 0 downtime while competitors crash much more frequently

I am not 100% sold on the GUI, Something just does not seem intuitive but i cant pinpoint it

the SSL cert monitor is something I did not know i would enjoy as much as I do

Great password manager for our clients 365 tenancy's. Allowing for a central system for our team to refer to when carrying out tasks.
