Makes logging in to secure sites so much simpler.

Knowledgebase documentation creator is a bit basic.

Can't shade table cells or set heights and widths.

A more comprehensive set of editing tools would make so much difference.

When I came in to the job of IT Manager, my predecessors have done no support documentation and have used the same defualt password for all systems.

Hudu has allowed me to collate what is in my engineers heads and to create more secure passwords.

Hudu just makes it easy!

Using the default settings alone allowed us to instantly start capturing information and settings for each customer.

The only downside is me/us, we just need to get into the habit of using Hudu, not really a downside though.

Hudu solved our issue of what is where? You can attach thuings like passwords for specific devices so you don't need to go searching a litst of device passwords etc.

Hudu has been an amazing asset to help our team standardize our documentation across our client base. It allows us to make sure we have a single source of truth where our techs can access anything related to our clients.

Hudu's search needs some improvement around fuzzy search and the lack of useable keyboard shortcuts.

Hudu allows us to standardize our documentation. Asset layouts ensure we always capture the required information related to our clients. It centralizes that data into one place that is easily accessible and navigable. It assists our techs and does not hinder them from trying to locate information.

The pricing model is perfect. The software is much more refined and easy to use than ITGlue and it isn't backed by a toxic company like Kaseya.

Lack of officially supported migration off of ITGlue. The unofficial one worked okay but it would've been much more seamless having an official method.

It is addressing everything IT Glue did and doesn't ask you to login ever time you use the app.

Hudu was very easy to get up and running, daily usage is easy. Integrating with third parties is simple and the number of features and improvements shows plenty of investment.

Would be really good for auto updates to the product overnight

We needed an internal and for our clinets docuemntation system, we looked at alterntives but cost and feature set decided on hudu

Hudu is like IT glue but a fraction of the cost.

Global Templates don't have ability to dynamically update when changes are made, have to delete and re-create which can make auditing already onboarded clients with an onboarding guide more labourous.

We need to document secure information to share amongst technicians.

It's very helpful that we can add a QR Code image for One Time Password, I also like the way we can customize the Layouts, and last but not least Hudu has integration with most important IT management tools like RMM and PSA.

We didn't have time to see in details every feature. However, what we've seen until the present moment it fits most of our needs.

It's solving the problem to organize our internal process for new customer onboarding.

The UI is intuitive and customizable. I love being able to insert quick notes about client configurations on the home page. it's extremely helpful to gain some quick context for a client when you haven't worked with their setup for a period of time.

I don't dislike anything about Hudu. It is seriously the one product we use that no one complains about.

Hudu solves the problem of not being able to find credentials in a timely manner. The "most popular" section of the client homepage is probably the most useful part, it makes it so much quicker to locate the most used credentials for a client.

We use Hudu as one of our main software, so everyday and multiple times a day. We can customize almost everything and it's very user friendly. There is also a lot of intergration options with a lot of different software, and it's pretty easy to setup. The customer service is great, we usually have fast answer for issues, and it's easy to request new feature and they actually listen to their customer.

Some feature requests take really long before being added. Also, since the software seems relatively "new" there is a lot of little "quality of life" changes that would need to be done, for instance being able to export a document directly in pdf with images, or having the images show up when we print a document.

We needed a software where we could have all of our clients informations, wether it's documents, password or assets about their network and Hudu works pretty well for that.

Hudu has a clean user interface with a easy learning curve. It is also cost effective but have a variety of feautres at their disposal. I'm also extremely happy in their integration with Office365 which makes my life really easy.

Also love their dashboard reporting as well.

They could work a little more on their browser extension as it can be a little bit slow and unresponsive at times.

Hudu helps me in storing all the necessary IT documentation and passwords in my organisation. I also have certain attachments that has to pertain to a particular client's asset which Hudu is amazing in.
