"Excellent documentation tool"

What do you like best about Hudu?

We have been extremely happy with Hudu. The documentation options are great, and they are rapidly catching up to the competition in features. Support has been pretty good the few times we have needed it.

What do you dislike about Hudu?

There are some small things that have been minor issues. My main complaint at the moment is that the universal search is not as good as IT Glue. I used that all the time, and the Hudu one is just not as good. It is not a deal breaker and we can always find what we need, but it's much clunkier and slower than I was used to.

What problems is Hudu solving and how is that benefiting you?

We are a managed IT services provider and our documentation across multiple clients is a critical part of what we need.

"Hudu has been a game changer for us (MSP)"

What do you like best about Hudu?

One of my favorite thing is checking out new release and seing the product add more features to use and best out business.

Hudu was easy to learn, is easy to implement for an MSP.

We use the product everyday. It also integrates with our other tool to make documentation a breeze.

What do you dislike about Hudu?

One thing we'd like would be to have a portal that equivalent to the spectator account (spectator is everything a full user sees, but read-only), it's the only feature we miss really from our move away from ITGlue.

What problems is Hudu solving and how is that benefiting you?

Hudu helps us document everything IT about our customers. We benefit from this customizable assets features to configure it to our internal needs.

"Hudu: A new way to document"

What do you like best about Hudu?

The look and feel of it is amazing. So easy to document everything in our environement. Lots of customization, and always great to see constant work being done on the product.

What do you dislike about Hudu?

Product is still pretty young, dev team is doing great work at releasing new features.

What problems is Hudu solving and how is that benefiting you?

password management and sharing, standardization with SOPs and documents, secure pasword generation for new users (instead of using some template password)

"The Ultimate Documentation System"

What do you like best about Hudu?

Instead of having a messy file library for customer documentation, Hudu is a great product that allows us to bring content, knowledge bases and processes into the one spot.

What do you dislike about Hudu?

The user interface could do with a bit more love to make it look fresh

What problems is Hudu solving and how is that benefiting you?

When a customer calls our MSP, Hudu is our directory where it allows a technician to be able to support very quickly and have information at their fingertips. This tool allows us to provide better customer service to our customers and get our tickets finished quicker.

"Hudu - Constantly iterating, and out-maneuvering their peers."

What do you like best about Hudu?

Hudu's reasonably priced, and constantly innovating. Significantly better than its peers in the industry.

What do you dislike about Hudu?

There's a few features that I would consider base-line that are missing. That said, the platform is constantly adding new features and responding to community feedback. I have no doubt that in a couple of years, all my gripes will be addressed.

What problems is Hudu solving and how is that benefiting you?

Having clear documentation, that's relationally linked has been a game changer. Being able to edit KBA's at the HTML source level has allowed me to create documents very quickly with creative use of LLM Agents.

What do you like best about Hudu?

Ease of use, great support, and continued development! Pricing is great as well.

What do you dislike about Hudu?

Dislike the lack of multi-tenanted M365 integration and lack of multi-tenant Ubiquiti as well.

What problems is Hudu solving and how is that benefiting you?

Proper documentation of clinet infrastructure, setups, and passwords, as well as SOPs.

"Excellent and flexible documentation platform for MSPs"

What do you like best about Hudu?

Lightweight, flexible, responsive product with a development team that releases new features/fixes at a steady pace. We were nervous about switching documentation platforms, but our team instantly adapted to using it and never missed a beat. New hires are able to find the information they need with minimal training.

What do you dislike about Hudu?

Permissions/group management could use a little maturing, but it works fine for our needs.

What problems is Hudu solving and how is that benefiting you?

Managing all documentation across MSP clients.

"Amazing IT Management System"

What do you like best about Hudu?

We were looking to consolidate several projects into a centralized IT management tool. Hudu is perfect. We use it for our passwords, documentation, and inventory. It's very customizable and flexible for our uses. Our team uses it every day. We've self-hosted it, and it's extremely easy to set up and start configuring. Any time we've needed support, they've gotten back to us the same day.

What do you dislike about Hudu?

It could use more integrations. The few they have are useful, but most don't apply to our organization. Hudu seems to be structured for MSPs, but I would like a way to structure it for one company instead.

What problems is Hudu solving and how is that benefiting you?

We now have one platform that the entire IT team can access to view everything we need to do our jobs. Hudu makes it easier to share documentation and passwords.

"Awesome Password and Documentation Management"

What do you like best about Hudu?

Its very fast, the search is good too. We have it integrated into a few systems so it automatically gets fed information.

What do you dislike about Hudu?

Nothing really, it does what it says on the tin.

What problems is Hudu solving and how is that benefiting you?

It keeps all our kit in one place, and helps us manage passwords and shares passwords via links to clients etc.
