  ### 1. A True Central Communication Hub with Intuitive UI and Strong Support

**What do you like best about Hub?**

What I like best about Hub is how it has become a true central communication hub. Since introducing it in 2019, it’s given us a single, reliable place for everything, from company news to HR documentation, removing the need to search across multiple systems.

The UI/UX is intuitive and easy to navigate, which has helped drive strong adoption across the business. Creating and publishing content is simple, and features like targeted content ensure employees only see what’s relevant to them, improving engagement.

It has significantly improved our workflow, what previously required multiple emails or shared drives can now be managed in one place, saving time and ensuring consistent communication. Document management and version control, particularly for HR content, have also been a big advantage.

Hub integrates well with our wider systems, helping streamline processes and reduce duplication. Performance has been reliable, with fast load times and minimal downtime.

From an ROI perspective, the platform delivers clear value through time savings and improved internal communication. Support and onboarding have been strong throughout, with a smooth rollout at the beginning and responsive ongoing assistance - we love John!!!

An added benefit has been its positive impact on company culture, making it easier to share updates and keep employees connected.

**What do you dislike about Hub?**

This is a difficult question to answer as our overall experience with the Hub has been very positive..

From a UI/UX perspective, some more flexibility in layouts or enhanced drag-and-drop functionality would make content creation more efficient.

Performance is typically strong, but there can be occasional slowdowns when handling larger volumes of content or media. Improving responsiveness in these cases would enhance the admin experience.

Support has been fantastic and I can't fault it in anyway!

Is there is an opportunity to further develop AI-driven features, such as smarter search, content recommendations, and automation, to improve personalisation and efficiency?

Overall, these are relatively minor points and raised to answer the question!

**What problems is Hub solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before implementing the Hub in 2019, we struggled with fragmented communication and information spread across emails, shared drives, and disconnected systems. This led to inconsistent messaging and time wasted searching for up-to-date documents.

Since introducing the Hub, we now have a single, central platform for company news and resources. The team know exactly where to go, which has improved visibility, reduced reliance on email, and saved time across the business.

Content management is now far more efficient, we can quickly publish updates, target specific audiences, and maintain version-controlled documents, which is especially valuable for HR and compliance.

Overall, the Hub has replaced disjointed processes with a reliable, user-friendly platform that supports the day-to-day running of the business.

More AI improvements are on the horizon.  Although we haven't fully rolled it out, we do have an AI Chatbot available for you to implement on your HUB, creating an employee self service search that provides instant answers, saving you time having to search your HUB.  It's tailored around your content, allowing you to upload pdfs or link HUB pages to tailor the chatbot around a particular function (ie HR questions).  Other improvements to search are also coming later this year.

**What do you like best about Hub?**

The hub has had a lot of additions over the past year which have been beneficial to using the hub, we have several team members who all use the hub for varying aspects of the business and have also connected it to Monday.com flows for other teams to help streamline processes and requests which has been a big help. Each update takes the customer into consideration and helps ease implementing new or changes to some processes or policies. I can't fault the customer support, we never have to wait long for help or direction if we are struggling with something. We use the hub daily for our day to day operations. at this point we would struggle without it.

**What do you dislike about Hub?**

Currently any issues we did have, have been resolved with the new releases and its currently working well for us.

**What problems is Hub solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As a business communicating with our team is key, so the Hub is a nice central location everyone can come to, to get updates on the business, on other team members and new policies or safety updates, its helping the business to communicate better with the team and in turn team members are asking if they can get there own things posted, like charity fund raisers they are doing etc.... the new addition of the wall for writing comments for new starters is great. It is now also helping streamline our processes by using Monday.com within the hub so the team can go to one central location to request things they need.

**What do you like best about Hub?**

It's easy UI and ability to flex to what we need. I'm no tech wizard but find it very easy to build exactly what i need. Whenever I have a problem the team also are very happy to help ASAP. We’ve now had it for coming up to a couple years and we’re still getting the benefits of the platform for our business today!

**What do you dislike about Hub?**

Only 1 very small thing… It doesn’t link dropdown answers on a form. It would be great if when one option is selected it can change the next list of dropdown options.

It provides a centralised location for everything that is important at Acwyre - making it quick and easy for employees to use. And a couple years on it’s being used more than ever!

Hub is absolutely brilliant, and I am very impressed with the user experience. It’s intuitive, easy to navigate, and simple to explore. The forms make internal communications clearer, more transparent, and faster. I also enjoy the variety of features like news and polls which are easy to use and encourage everyone to get involved. And collaborating with Martin was a fantastic experience.

Hub is excellent overall. One area for improvement could be adding more customisable template options. I believe the success of Hub depends on full participation from all staff members to keep it lively, engaging, and valuable for everyone.

Hub provides a central location for all important department documents, ensuring everyone has access to the latest versions. It also helps connect employees across different locations, making it easier to welcome new team members and stay in touch with colleagues. **What do you like best about Hub?**

As a user, I really appreciate the simple, clean look and layout. As an administrator, it’s just as easy to work with—building things is straightforward and very intuitive. We were also really impressed with the level of support from the Hub Team. Normally, you would see support die off once the sale was done and the platform built, but the Hub team continues to be incredibly responsive to all of our queries and requests. Fantastic product, amazing team!

I wish it was easier to change the visuals or themes for the customer.

We wanted to make communication easier for staff. Many of them do not sit at a desk and tend to miss emails. The hub curates important all staff bulletins, ensuring staff recieve the information they need. As a central communication hub, staff can easily find the info they need.

**What do you like best about Hub?**

Over the past year, we upgraded from our previous intranet to HUB, and the experience has been excellent. The platform is very user-friendly, and the support we’ve received from Martin has been outstanding. We’ve also had overwhelmingly positive feedback from our employees, which has reinforced that the move was the right one. HUB continues to roll out regular enhancements, consistently improving an already strong platform and making it even better over time.

Nothing to report—everything works great. I honestly can’t think of a single thing that needs improvement.

We’re updating our old intranet to a new intranet with more options and flexibility. With our previous intranet, we received very little customer support, but HUB has been very responsive and helpful whenever we’ve needed assistance.

HUB Support are currently investigating whether Google Translate can be included on every page, rather than HUB admins having to add it in the right column on each page.

We need to share information with franchisees worldwide and communicate key updates and news. We also need to restrict information by role/location. HUB allows us to set the access criteria. Files and information are now easily accessible, and we avoid accidental access or the editing/deletion of content.

We can integrate your HUB with your Microsoft account, linking it to Teams so that when you post news on your intranet, you can also send it automatically to an MS Teams channel, helping to further engage colleagues and drive them back to your intranet.  You can also display your MS Teams chat threads in your HUB, so everyone sees the latest posts.
I'll get our Support team to reach out to speak to you about setting up Teams on your HUB.

It’s very easy to use — everything feels intuitive and straightforward. The customer support team is excellent; they respond quickly and are always helpful in resolving any questions or issues. Overall, it’s a smooth and reliable experience that makes the whole process hassle-free.

**What do you dislike about Hub?**

Overall, the platform works well, but there are a few areas that could be improved.

It would be really helpful to have the option to set a specific time when scheduling an article, not just the date — especially since we’re communicating across three different time zones.

The Slack prompt feels quite basic and unengaging at the moment; it would be great to have the ability to edit or customise it to better suit our tone and audience.

Finally, a search function in the icons gallery would make a big difference, as it’s not always clear which category an icon might fall under. Expanding the icon selection in general would also be appreciated.

**What problems is Hub solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Hub is helping to centralise our internal communications and content sharing, making it much easier for teams across different locations and time zones to stay aligned. It’s solving the problem of information being scattered across multiple platforms and channels.

By having a single space where updates, articles, and engagement content can be scheduled and shared, it saves time and ensures consistency in how messages are communicated. It’s also helping to improve visibility — people know where to look for news and resources, which strengthens engagement and connection across the organisation.

**What do you like best about Hub?**

Our team members found are old intranet cluttered, difficult to navigate and the content was often out of date.
With HUB, we can launch new pages and add content within minutes, requiring minimal or no involvement from the IT team. The availability of multiple content types, or containers, makes it possible to customize page layouts as needed. This flexibility allows each department to design its own unique page setup, so they aren't restricted to a standard, cookie-cutter format.
Almost half our users now visit HUB on a daily basis, and almost 75% visit weekly.

**What do you dislike about Hub?**

The available integrations are somewhat limited, which means that using a frame content container is often the main option for keeping users within HUB while still allowing them to access external content. On the positive side, the integration with EntraID works very well for populating the user directory, and SSO makes transitioning in and out of HUB seamless. Some of the container types would benefit from more flexible settings, and the Search function does not see content within many of the container types.

We recently went through a major organization wide system upgrade. HUB was a invaluable resource for sharing updates, logging issues and connecting team members with resources both within and outside of HUB to help them through the implementation.

**What do you like best about Hub?**

- User friendly interface and excellent customer support. 
- Visually appealing and easy to navigate for all types of users (techy and non-techy!) 
- Robust security and reporting capabilities. 
- Highly customisable, can be easily and quickly adapted to suit our (ever changing) needs which allows us to manage content effectively.

**What do you dislike about Hub?**

There is not a whole lot we dislike about the hub aside from the support/help site as it details the features and various aspects of the hub but there isn't always a manual or guide on how to implement or adjust these. However if customer support is needed in this aspect, they are very responsive and helpful but this can be time consuming. You can learn by doing and exploration but this doesn't always suit everyone's way of learning.

The hub is a standout, customisable tool that can easily adapt to a wide range of uses. We've been using it for many years as a knowledge base in a very large health organisation. From set up to every day use, it's intuitive design, usability and flexibility is in a class of its own.

the ability to communicate with the whole team / workforce 
the ability to have a large and varied amount of content on the hub to help communicate and train the staff
to have all the content in one accessible place for the staff
we had good support and training during the implementation of the system and the staff have liked having the information available to them on the hub

**What do you dislike about Hub?**

we don't find the navigation and construction of the articles and information that easy within the hub, it feels quite menu driven and not as user friendly as it should be compared to other platforms we have used.

has helped with communication between management and the staff who are all shift based and it is difficult to ensure information is passed on to the whole team
it has helped with passing on training information and for giving positive feedback to the staff

**What do you like best about Hub?**

The Hub is so much better than 'an intranet'. Nobody likes an intranet but everybody LOVEs the Hub. The platform is incredibly versatile and has allowed us to create 11 different sites for 11 of our our businesses across the globe.

The Hub has improved our internal and external communication significantly. It allows Sales Geeks to find resources far more easily than previously which reduces the amount of requests and time Sales Geeks otherwise place on our internal team. Likewise this means Sales Geeks can provide better services for their customers, faster. 

We use the Hub for Sales Geeks from across the globe to raise requests direct to the relevant team or individual in our business - we can track requests and communication about them and nothing gets lost along the way.

The data analytics allows us to learn so much about our business and make continuous improvements and efficiencies (which lead to higher quality and ROI in many ways). 

The Hub has allowed us to Think Global and Act Local far better than any other system that we use - this is massive thanks to Martin Boswell in particular for his diligence and time he put into getting to know us and understand our business intimately. He worked with us to plan out the structure and wireframe of the system before we began and that has allowed us to continue to develop the system ourselves as we grow. Equally the support team and development team are second to none. I very rarely write reviews (especially for systems) because they rarely do exactly what you want and need them to but The Hub does for us.

I would endorse and and recommend The Hub to your business whatever scale and time you are at in your development.

I'm being picky but 2D look is a bit outdated and not as great looks wise as the coding and functionality behind it.

Some of the titles for things are confusing for our users so it would be tremendous to be able to rename them (eg. Forms for us are 'tickets')

As a nonprofit Program Director, I've used Hub Intranet for three years as our primary platform to connect with volunteers, drive communities, and deliver program resources. I found many features of the Hub well-suited to young  adult and adult users, including their intuitive design of our mainframe pages and community spaces. As a platform systems admin, the carousels, news features, and community spaces made daily updates and management of resources easy, and my team needed almost no assistance beyond initial onboarding and minor task support. 

The best part about my experience working with Hub Intranet is the customer support I receive from my consistent Hub Intranet contact, Martin. In three years, Martin's care and diligent support have improved volunteer login rates by over 200%. Each call I have with Martin is a wonderful and productive experience, and he offers consistently helpful advice on using different Hub features to meet the needs of our organization and program, further driving stakeholder engagement and scaling our national reach. Any issues we encountered (only a few in three years) were handled with speed and clear communication and resolved within a business day, if not faster. I would encourage anyone who values dedicated customer support to use this platform.

**What do you like best about Hub?**

It's quite intuitive and easy to set up and maintain for admin users, and easy and eye-catching for an organisation's general users. It's great value for money, some intranet software tools are very expensive, and as a charity, there was a further discount rate which made it possible for us to afford this.
One of the best things ever has been the customer service. The Hub team are so friendly, were amazing at helping us get set up, and continue to be super responsive and helpful if we ever have any queries about how to do something on the intranet. There is a helpful guide available too, and I like the functionality updates we get.
We've now used this software for a few years, and we get great feedback from staff. We also have someone from each team update certain sections of our intranet, and it's easy enough for them to be able to do.

**What do you dislike about Hub?**

A few things are a bit finnicky and it took a while for our admin users to get our heads around certain bits of the functionality, but this isn't a real downside as we soon got used to it, and my being pleased at the range of functionality far outweighs learning how to use it and the software's limitations. I haven't encountered many ideas, so far, that we haven't been able to bring to life on our intranet.
Another point that isn't a dislike, as such, is that I would advise a company looking into an intranet to compare the 'look' of different pieces of software. I love the look of the Hub intranet, and it fits our organisation really well, but it may not be for everyone, especially in particular corporate environments.

**Recommendations to others considering Hub:**

Make sure that the 'look' is right for you. This intranet is also great if its adminstrators will be people with no real IT or technical experience, as it is easy to set up and use.

**What problems is Hub solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our intranet is a tool for internal communications, has cut down on email traffic, and is a resource store, particularly for the HR team. Now that we have it, we would never look back.
It's a great place to share news and updates with staff, store resources, and increase employee engagement - we can add polls, get staff to send in photos to share etc. It's also great to get people to read certain documents and policies, and to track who has done so.

John and Martin at Pancentric are fantastic, with support, ideas and their time. I was a total novice and they helped me so much get the best out of the Hub. The colleagues in my partnerships that use the Hubs love it and it becomes an integral part of their role using it for compliance, knowledge and engagement. Fun stuff too. great way to communicate, especially during the panedmic.

The hub is a great way to signpost internal comms and get staff involved. Over recent years we have focused on putting our staff at the forefront of our content and people love to engage with it. The hubs functionality lends itself very kindly to this and helps facilitate our needs.

**What do you like best about Hub?**

It has been great for us working remotely, we are trying to get our staff engaged as much as possible and this is a good place to start. The support from John has been very good and will always do his best to help me.

**What do you dislike about Hub?**

When trying to upload pictures if they are not the exact size it can become very time consuming. I don't like that there is no search option for the page icons, searching for them all is annoying and maybe missing a few basic icons that should be there.

**What problems is Hub solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Its solving the previous void that we had by sharing information with our staff in real time. Allowing them to read at a time when suits them and doesn't involve death by email.

**What do you like best about Hub?**

The form and assessment builders are excellent and allow you to create some very engaging and interactive content. The hub allows you to move any word doc/excel forms etc onto your site and keeps track of submissions effectively. There is an excellent variety of containers that can be used to fit most needs. The team at Pancentric appear to update this quite often with various improvements which is useful. We very easily integrated the product into our workflows and staff has found using it to be straight forward and enjoyable.

**What do you dislike about Hub?**

The copy box when creating pages can be somewhat limiting at times. It doesn't act well with images. Increasing the capability of the copy box by siphoning off some of the better features from Word might be useful. I also would like it if forms could have conditional questioning - e.g. the following questions can be different depending on the answer you gave to a previous question.

**What problems is Hub solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The Hub allows us to keep all HR info/employee assistance info and anything else that employees need to know when working for us in one centralised location. It also means we don't have to keep various documents up to date because we can split information into different pages that can then be found and edited easily. The hub minimises the amount of powerpoints, spreadsheets and word docs we have flying around. Staff communications is also much easier thanks to being able to publish news directly on there.

**What do you like best about Hub?**

We have been using the Hub for nearly a year now and in that time it has become an integral tool for all internal communications. It has allowed us to communicate a variety of content, ask for engagement through surveys and has been the cornerstone for building a community across the Group.
We recently asked for additional support in training 'super administrators' and Pancentric delivered these sessions in an easy to understand format which allowed key staff to take ownership of their sections of the Hub.

**What do you dislike about Hub?**

We are very happy with our intranet. Perhaps a more insightful email platform that provided analytics for granular comms might be a useful addition.

It has helped us provide a seamless communication tool for our staff.

The site is really intuitive, the training was excellent and it provides the perfect tool for our organisations needs. From our first contact the service has been first class, Martin has been so helpful and a pleasure to work with

The site helps our staff connect and we get good feedback on the design of the site and the content.
The intranet team also feel it's easy to use with self-explanatory ways of working.

We'd like to see the ability use more of the screen space available to use.

It has helped our staff to find the right procedures or processes.

**What do you like best about Hub?**

The Hub was very easy and fast to set up.  The support to create content was great and we quickly learned how to develop the content.  It had a number of features that we were looking for - integration of Youtube video, "Must Reads", user tracking, etc.  We have had terrific uptake from our staff and it has become the landing page for staff for all important corporate   information.

**What do you dislike about Hub?**

We haven't found any weaknesses within the system that restricts any of our developments.

The benefits include improved communication, collaboration, and information sharing among our employees. It enhances our internal processes, promotes knowledge sharing, and fosters a sense of community and engagement within PCU.
