We use HRmony.ai for all of our hiring: outsourcing developers to client projects, placement services, and recruiting for our own office. What I like most is the CV upload link. A candidate or recruiter uploads a resume, and the system automatically extracts the relevant details, matches the candidate to our open positions, and shows a match score based on the candidate’s tech stack versus each role’s requirements. Because the AI matches each candidate against all of our openings, someone who applied for one role may turn out to be a strong fit for another position we’re hiring for. This saves our recruiters a lot of manual screening and means we get more value out of every candidate who enters the pipeline. Day to day, managing candidates is straightforward: everything about a candidate is in one place, so the team spends less time on admin and more time talking to people. HRmony.ai is still a relatively young product that is actively being developed, and it shows at times. We occasionally run into bugs, and the AI matching sometimes misses, for example a relevant candidate who isn't surfaced for a role. That said, the team is very responsive: issues we report and changes we ask for are usually handled relatively quickly. None of this has stopped us from working, but it does mean we still double-check the results rather than relying on them blindly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
