I love so much about HRLocker. Its efficiency is fantastic and it's very user-friendly. I frequently use the reporting features to run various types of reports like weekly payroll reports and holiday reports, which is incredibly helpful. I love that when an employee is leaving and I push their last working date, it automatically calculates how much leave they have left. There's just so much I appreciate—it's a wonderful system. The most annoying part for me, because I'm the administrator and I have access to every part of it, is that when I'm going to, you know, go into somebody's profile to see their time off, it automatically defaults back to me constantly. I find that a little bit annoying. Even if I'm in their directory and then I kinda go over to their name, it defaults to me all the time. The managers have the same issue. If they have five staff, it defaults to themselves before it goes back to their staff. I wish it would hold and stay on that staff member. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What I like best about HRLocker is how user friendly and practical it is for day to day HR operations. It takes a lot of the admin burden out of processes like leave management, onboarding, document tracking, and time and attendance, which makes things much more efficient for both HR and managers.

I also find the self service aspect really beneficial because employees can access their own documents, request leave, and update information easily without constantly needing HR involvement.
