At HRLocker, we like to keep things simple. Our pricing is based on the number of employees you have, so you're only paying for what you actually use. We don’t hide core features behind premium plans—everything you need like time tracking, onboarding, document management and compliance tools is included as standard.

We work with companies of all shapes and sizes, so whether you're just getting started or scaling fast, our plans can flex with you. You can also add extras like payroll setup or clock-in hardware if you need them.

HRLocker has 1 pricing edition that costs €4. A free trial of HRLocker is also available.

Pricing information for HRLocker is supplied by the software provider or retrieved from publicly accessible pricing materials. Final cost negotiations to purchase HRLocker must be conducted with the seller.

All prices are billed annually. Discounts may be available for larger organisations. We include free updates, webinars, and access to our support team with every plan. If you're a larger company or have specific integration needs, get in touch—we're happy to put together a tailored quote.

"User friendly, simple but effective HRIS."

What do you like best about HRLocker?

The GUI is user friendly. The processes are simple but effective. Service level from our support people (Liz and Dan) is second to none. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about HRLocker?

"HRLocker: Intuitive, Efficient, and Supportive for Small Teams"

What do you like best about HRLocker?

I love how intuitive HRLocker is, making it straightforward to navigate. The data storage capabilities are excellent for organizing personnel information, annual reviews, and tracking changes to salary and benefits. The 'who's off' feature is particularly useful for managing a team of 15 by preventing annual leave overlaps. The software provides new managers with tools to manage direct reports effectively, broadening their understanding of HR aspects beyond daily tasks. The fast and responsive support has consistently addressed any queries. I also appreciate supporting a national brand, and the pricing is fair and stable over the years. What do you dislike about HRLocker?
