At HRLocker, we like to keep things simple. Our pricing is based on the number of employees you have, so you're only paying for what you actually use. We don’t hide core features behind premium plans - everything you need like time tracking, on-boarding, document management and compliance tools is included as standard.

We work with companies of all shapes and sizes, so whether you're just getting started or scaling fast, our plans can flex with you. You can also add extras like payroll setup or clock-in hardware if you need them.

HRLocker has 1 pricing edition that costs €4. A free trial of HRLocker is also available.

Pricing information for HRLocker is supplied by the software provider or retrieved from publicly accessible pricing materials. Final cost negotiations to purchase HRLocker must be conducted with the seller.

"Effective HR Management Tool with Great Leave Calendar"

What do you like best about HRLocker?

I really like the leave calendar in HRLocker. It works well visually for managing leave, which is great. The initial setup of HRLocker was also very easy, which I appreciate. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Easy UI and ATS Integrations, but CPD Approvals and Reporting Need Work"

What do you like best about HRLocker?

The UI/UX is easy to use, data entry is simple, it offers built-in ATS integrations, and the pricing model is budget-friendly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about HRLocker?

The CPD section feels a bit too open for staff to use, as there’s no approval process for courses being added. Also, some reports, for example in the review section, don’t provide meaningful data on completions, overdue items, or what hasn’t been scheduled.
