What do you like best about OneAdvanced HR?

I appreciate HR for its easy-to-use online platform with simple tools that allow me to effectively monitor and track the progress of my staff. The ability to set SMART objectives and review progress every six months is a significant advantage. I enjoy the convenience of having emails forwarded to my Outlook inbox as reminders, which helps me stay on track with my management tasks. The simple visuals, status updates, and prompts make the interface user-friendly and engaging. What do you dislike about OneAdvanced HR?

What do you like best about OneAdvanced HR?

I really like how intuitive and centralized everything is within Rippling’s HR module. Whether it’s checking my pay stubs, managing benefits, or requesting time off, the platform makes it easy to access everything in one place. The UI is clean and fast, and I especially appreciate how seamless onboarding. It saves a lot of back-and-forth with HR. Customer support is great, I asked for tax related query and they have replied within 1 day (almost within 2-3 hours) with details explanation and guideline. What do you dislike about OneAdvanced HR?

While the platform is overall very efficient, the notification system could be more intelligent. For example, I continued to receive reminders about submitting my Proof of Investment (POI) even after I had already submitted it. This created unnecessary confusion and made me double-check whether something was actually missing. Smarter tracking of task completion would improve the experience. Testlify is an outstanding talent assessment platform that streamlines the hiring process with precision and ease. I’m particularly impressed by features such as technical screening with a wide range of candidate tests, seamless integrations with ATS solutions, a dashboard with analytical views for quick report downloads, and an AI-powered tool that assists with interviews and customizes interview questions.

It has significantly improved our hiring efficiency and reduced our time-to-hire—something that was always a challenge for us. The platform is intuitive and easy to navigate, and whenever we’ve needed quick customizations, the Testlify team has been more than willing to accommodate our needs.

What do you like best about OneAdvanced HR?

Advanced HR easy to use, as we can access Advanced HR from Desktops, Laptops and Mobile phones as well. With the help of Advanced HR we can handle whole company payroll details which decreases the time efficiency. Advanced HR Provides Multiple portals of customisation to use Advanced HR for multiple teams like Admins, Managers, HR and Employees etc.

It helps from scratch like from Applications to termination. We can use Advanced HR for company job posting, we can see the applied applicant, we can start the process of onboarding with the help of onboarding dashboard and can handle employees activities like absence or present and handle payroll of him. Advanced HR is also helpful for employees, they can view their records, setup deposit, open enrolment and print their W2 tax terms docs. Advanced HR is also providing huge benefits to admin teams as well they can review employees details enrolment details. Advanced HR is also very helful for managers as well as they can directly the review the whole team performance activity. Advanced HR help us in smart work and reduce time of ours. As I am using Advanced HR from a long time, i didnt find anything what i can add in negative points. Advanced HR provide us huge benefits.
