**What do you like best about HR.my?**

What I like best about HR.my is that it makes HR work easy and organized. We can manage employee attendance, leave, payroll details, and documents all in one place without maintaining too many manual files or Excel sheets. It saves a lot of time in daily HR activities.
Also, employees can check their own details, apply leave, and download payslips directly, so HR follow-up work becomes less. Overall, it is user-friendly, simple to understand, and helpful for smooth HR operations.

**What do you dislike about HR.my?**

What I dislike about HR.my is that sometimes few features are not very flexible as per company-specific requirements. Some reports and customization options are limited, so HR has to do a little manual work outside the system.
Also, initially some employees find it difficult to understand all modules without proper guidance. If the interface is made a little more modern and easy, it will be even better. Overall, it is useful, but there is still some scope for improvement.

**What problems is HR.my solving and how is that benefiting you?**

HR.my is solving many manual HR work problems like attendance tracking, leave records, employee data management, payslip sharing, and document maintenance. Earlier, doing all these in Excel sheets and files was taking more time and chances of mistakes were also high.
With HR.my, everything is available in one system, so work becomes faster and more organized. It helps me to reduce manual follow-ups, maintain proper employee records, and gives easy access to information whenever needed. Overall, it is saving time and making daily HR operations smooth.

Almost everything. All modules are excellent. Paperless e-Leave management, paperless e-claim management, and employee discussion forum are one of the best features of HR.my also helps in the smooth working of the organization.

**What do you dislike about HR.my?**

e-claim management is slightly lengthy considering the time and procedures. Also, a small suggestion, if any feature could be added which decides the claims as per the priority and needs urgent approval from respective managers and highlights that particular expenses to the claim review window would be great.

**What problems is HR.my solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Most of the time organization face problems related to quick response/reply to employees' leaves, claims approval, and attendance request. These all things are needed to maintain the workflow and productivity of the organization. Also, it improves employee engagement in the organization with its Employee discussion forum tool, building team spirit and getting motivation

The best thing about this software is that It is a free forever software with features of payroll management, time tracking and expense claim management attribute.

It  lacks features of Onboarding, recruiting benefits and also not a good fit for performance management solutions. if a feature of payroll tax filling services could have been added this could have been one of the best HR tools

Hr.my software allows employees of an organization to keep track of their daily attendance, work volume, and time, and employers can monitor their attendance, salary, monthly work, monthly work time together. Because all the members of an organization are on leave, the day can see these accurate calculations together.

**What do you dislike about HR.my?**

Some service options are a little annoying. Clicking on something like this takes a little more loading time; such beautiful software slow motion is not acceptable. The software can be further accelerated to keep pace with modernity.

Hr.my software can be suggested to anyone, and I will share the benefits I get from this  Hr.my software with my relatives and let them know how to use this Hr.my software.

I used to face many problems with attendance in my office, but since using HR.MY software, I have been able to calculate my attendance, salary, vacation very quickly, which has been of great benefit to me.

HR.my is the best alternative human resource software that is easy to use, flexible, reliable, accurate, and user-friendly. One of the things I love about HR is that it's constantly growing and changing. From compliance with new laws and legislation to technology and employee expectations. “It's never boring and always challenging.

**What do you dislike about HR.my?**

I work more at night in the office. So every night when I come on duty I check in but HR.my goes out alone after 12 o'clock at night. Then having to check in again, it's very annoying

HR.my I went out alone after 12 o'clock at night. Then having to check in again, it's very annoying. Moreover, there was no problem. After this Hr.my, our duty time is well calculated. Holidays are calculated. Coming to the office on time and leaving the office on time.

Affordable Price, an application available for both android and ios and it's very easy to access both for the employer and employee and there is a free version which helps with the actual understanding of the application.

**What do you dislike about HR.my?**

Customer Service is not available, internal designing like dashboards can be better, So I feel they need to work on the designing part otherwise everything looks ok.

Easy access to the application and hence better tracking to manage payroll, claims other documents.

Best Suits for small business, Helped in better managing leaves and payroll, it offers a free version, which can be used to test if it suits the specific organization, I specifically like the claim Management feature

Cant be installed in Mac or Android, Hence less flexibility, few important HR functionalities can also be added like performance Management, application tracking etc.

We used this for leaves and payroll, where claims management was much easier to process than before.
