**What do you like best about House Flipping Spreadsheet?**

HFS has many outstanding features. The ability to add custom fields and get as detailed or simple as I'd like is important to me. Support for questions is second to none. Dave has always been super responsive to the couple of products questions I needed. The one-time cost of the program is minuscule when compared to the value it can bring to your business. All in all, an outstanding product that helps me to stay focused on my goal of scaling my business over the next 10 years!

**What do you dislike about House Flipping Spreadsheet?**

I honestly can't think of any downside to having the program. Perhaps, because there are so many features, there is a slight learning curve. But, there are so many tutorial videos and awesome online support that it's hardly an issue.

**Recommendations to others considering House Flipping Spreadsheet:**

Download a trial and give it a try. It will help your business if you use it.

**What problems is House Flipping Spreadsheet solving and how is that benefiting you?**

In other businesses I've gone by the "mantra" of "What gets measured gets done". The House Flipping Spreadsheet allows  extremely detailed measurements of every aspect of a real estate investing business!
Another great feature is that HFS allows you to compile a general or simple overview of your business and/or portfolio, which is great for presenting to potential lenders/investors/ or partners!

**What do you like best about House Flipping Spreadsheet?**

This spreadsheet does it al in an intuitive easy to use way. Allows super fast deal analysis which is pretty much priceless. 

**What do you dislike about House Flipping Spreadsheet?**

None that I have found yet other than just getting used to how it works. This is the most robust spreadsheet I’ve used but the help/training available makes it simple. 

**What problems is House Flipping Spreadsheet solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I’m making more offers with less effort and greater accuracy. That means more productivity in my business.

i enjoy the simplicity of the spreadsheets and how it is easy for me to use. it shows what it cost me to flip the house and what is profit after everything is done.

**What do you dislike about House Flipping Spreadsheet?**

Not to familiar with the spreadsheets. the app was easy to navigate like a regular spreadsheets application but needs time to familiarize your self with the app.

It is saves me time because i can see everything i do or have done with my projects. it keeps me organized with my work and keeps me on track with what my margins are with money.
