HFS has many outstanding features. The ability to add custom fields and get as detailed or simple as I'd like is important to me. Support for questions is second to none. Dave has always been super responsive to the couple of products questions I needed. The one-time cost of the program is minuscule when compared to the value it can bring to your business. I honestly can't think of any downside to having the program. Perhaps, because there are so many features, there is a slight learning curve. But, there are so many tutorial videos and awesome online support that it's hardly an issue. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
