**What do you like best about HourWork?**

HourWork allows us to integrate with our system, and we can manage to send automated birthday or work anniversary messages and surveys. It helps us to get trained candidates quickly. Also, they provide some prebuilt templates for letters and emails.

**What do you dislike about HourWork?**

Sometimes Hourwork does not prioritize our urgent recruitment, which lengthens the hiring process. They charge extra if we need to hire some employees urgently.

**What problems is HourWork solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Hourwork helps us hire former employees and results in a reasonable turnover rate. They send automated messages for our employees' birthdays and work anniversaries (7, 30, and 90 days). We integrated Hourwork with our system, saving our recruiting time. It is a great tool to connect with our employees via surveys and retail them.
