More users interface needed to be used in offline.

**What do you like best about Hour Timesheet?**

Hour Timesheet has DCAA compliant features and is very intuitive to use from an administrative standpoint.  The documentation is fairly good and it reliably syncs to QuickBooks to import payroll items and employees or export time data for payroll.  Whenever we have had issues, customer service is prompt to respond and they roll out frequent updates to improve the system.  Hour Timesheet appears to be relatively new but because they are constantly improving features and functionality in response to customer requests, we have never had an issue.

**What do you dislike about Hour Timesheet?**

The system has occasional glitches and/or outages, sometimes employees will attempt to login and the system will say it is unavailable.

**What problems is Hour Timesheet solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are required to be DCAA compliant so it is nice to have a program that is DCAA compliant essentially out-of-the-box.  Hour Timesheet also allows remote employees to track their time.

**What do you like best about Hour Timesheet?**

I like the ease of use with this program. It is very simple to navigate and operate. They have a good support center for any questions. I also like that there is a mobile app to use alongside the desktop site.

**What do you dislike about Hour Timesheet?**

There is nothing I particularly dislike.

**What problems is Hour Timesheet solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Managing hours, overtime, and leaves has been made much simpler. I am spending less time on scheduling and the stress is minimal.
