HotSchedules is very organized and accessible at any time. It shows my scheduled days to work, time off, my availability, messages from co-workers, and any work announcements. I like HotSchedules because it is easy to maneuver. I found that it was updated often which made it easier to look at your schedule. I also liked that you were able to see the staff and get in touch with other co-workers easily and see things such as their phone numbers and email addresses. Sometimes the calendar function on the website looked messy. I found that it was much easier to navigate the app on my cell phone instead of logging in to my computer. I like how easy it is to communicate with your team (it features messaging) and it is simple to show your availability. I also like how it shows the contact information for all of your team members. I enjoy using HotSchedules because it allows me to easily see my schedule as well as the schedules of my coworkers. It is easy to trade shifts with other coworkers. I can ask off and change my availability with ease. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Overall, I really like HotSchedules. I have been using it for a little over a year, and have not had many problems with it. One thing I would like to see added in the future is a group message option between coworkers. Right now, the app allows you to send messages to individual coworkers.
