**What do you like best about hotelery Next Hotel Operations?**

The original processes in our company were good, but using hotelery has made them paperless and more efficient. Our employees appreciate the ease of use and the many languages the app offers.

**What do you dislike about hotelery Next Hotel Operations?**

I honestly can't think of anything that I dislike.

**What problems is hotelery Next Hotel Operations solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We record the tasks for our technicians digitally by photo, so they have the information in real time. With our paper lists, it sometimes took up to 2 days for the information to reach facility management. Within this time, we have now usually already fulfilled the task / fixed the defect.
We also capture customer feedback and customer complaints via tablet in our properties. This has shortened response times enormously.

The guests are very satisfied because they have all the information on their phone. The layout of the guest folder is very good!

**What do you dislike about hotelery Next Hotel Operations?**

Sometimes everything runs a bit slowly and the design could be better adapted, the color and font selection better suited to the company.

**What problems is hotelery Next Hotel Operations solving and how is that benefiting you?**

No more printouts for the company and direct guest contact online!
