**What do you like best about Hotel System?**

For hotels and resorts, Hotel System Software offers a complete solution for hotel property management. - Groundbreaking integrations that function as software should - Unlimited 24/7 technical support with a live person on the other end of the phone; - Commission-free online booking that integrates with your own website - The flexibility to handle your particular circumstances Point of sale, bookkeeping, maintenance, and housekeeping.

**What do you dislike about Hotel System?**

I don't usually dislike anything about the software, but later on, I found a constant glitch in the software. I must restart it when it freezes occasionally. I'm not sure why it occurs, possibly as a result of the internet or another factor.

**What problems is Hotel System solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is a complete solution to all my concerns together in one place. Simple to use Even when I use it for the first time, I can still use it after training for a week. From the front office to the back office, they have features.

The overall features it provides in such a manner that nothing more is most likely required for a Hotel other than this.

**What do you dislike about Hotel System?**

There is nothing specific to dislike about it but the latency rate can be improved a bit.

**What problems is Hotel System solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It does not directly benefit me because I am not in the management of a hotel but for the hotel management it acts as an one solution to every requirement.

Easy to make and activatee hotel reservations.

Still working out the kinks for the IO but it's not bad at all.
